Peel and dice the potatoes
Phase 1: 4 min./800 watt in PowerBag StanDi "pressure-steaming" slider to STEAM position
Mix cream, butter, nutmeg, salt and prepare for phase 2
Phase 2: Pour the cream mixture over the potatoes,
2 min./800 watt slider to STEAM position - continue to seed
Slide the slider to STORE and hold it briefly under cold water - pull vacuum.
Now wrap a kitchen towel around your hand and knead well and that's.....super finely kneaded the mash goes through easily as mashed potato 😉
TipCut a small piece off the PowerBag and "train" the mashed potato onto the plate.
