Clean the leek and cut into rings
Phase 1: 5 min./800 watt, slider on STEAM position
Mix the cream, cheese, spices and prepare for phase 2.
Phase 2: Spread the cream mixture over the leeks, 1 - 2 min./800 watt, slider to STEAM position.
When cooked, leave the leeks to infuse for another 2 - 3 minutes.
Tip: For gratin lovers. Sprinkle grated cheese generously over the dish and use "flamethrower" to flame off a light, brown crust.
