Peel the beetroot and cut into the desired shape

Olive oil, dash of balsamic vinegar, salt, pepper seasoning

4 min. / 800 watt in the microwave

briefly. let rest - enjoy

TIP: Steam the beetroot for 6 minutes and mix with some of the mashed potato. 2-coloured mash makes a powerful impression - and tastes fantastic.
