Chicken cut into cubes, dice the mushrooms, chop the herbs and put them in a bowl.

5 min./800 watt - SLIDER on STEAM position

Potatoes and herbs (without water) into a bowl or glass. Season.

4 min./800 watt - SLIDER on STEAM position into the wave. 

After cooking, set SLIDER to STORE and keep warm.

Pumpkin Parsnip Stock

Dice all the ingredients and place in the PowerBag. 

5 min./800 watt - SLIDER on STEAM position "steam pressure steaming".

Add the seasoned cream mixture and mix briefly with a hand blender.

Leave to infuse for 1 - 2 minutes.

Arrange the components (if no one has degustated them beforehand) and enjoy a heavenly Sunday menu.
